What's excluded from promotions?
Unless otherwise stated, all promotions exclude:. Pre-orders. Gift cards. Outlet items. Limited-edition items. Promotions apply only to selected full-priced items. Shipping costs do not count toward any minimum spend threshold.
Do I need to enter a code to obtain the discount stated in a promotion?
No discount code required unless otherwise specified. Reduced prices are automatically applied at checkout.
Can I use multiple discount codes or offers together?
Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers unless explicitly stated. ALPAKA loyalty rewards may be applied on top of a promotion unless otherwise specified.
What are your return policy during a promotion?
Our standard return policy remains in effect during all promotions. See our returns policy here.For Gift With Purchase / Mystery Gift promotions, if you return all or part of your order, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition.
Can I get the sale price on something I already bought?
We're unable to apply promotions to orders that have already been placed. To make sure you never miss a promotion, sign up for our newsletter. Subscribers hear about sales before anyone else.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Unless otherwise stated, each code is single-use only.
Why isn't my discount code working?
A few things to check:. The code has not been used. Your order meets any minimum spend requirement. The code is still within its valid date range. The items in your cart are eligible for the promotion. Discount codes cannot be combined with other act
